An avid evangelist propagating the concept of high performance PCB design and “First Time Right Designs”. He has been responsible for setting up of the first CAE design centers at Bharat Electronics Limited in 1986

He has the credit of having built the first indigenous interactive PCB design software called “BELGRAF” way back in 1980 which was used to design PCB’s for the first space mission “ARYABHATTA”.

He started his carrier as a lecturer at ECE department, Indian Institute of Science after his post graduation from the same department.

Later after serving Bharat Electronics for 18 years he co-partnered the first PCB design center in India. In 1997 he started his own venture ECAD Technologies Ltd and saw successful growth from a modest beginning of 3 designers to 84 designers before the same was acquired by Europe’s #1 PCB Company. He has conducted number of training programs on PCB design at various national and international conferences. .

As President – Academic Solutions Group and member of the board of directors, Sharad Naithani is responsible for setting Academic Solutions Group’s strategic direction and overseeing its day-to-day operations.

With over 25 years of progressively diverse general management, sales and operations experience, Shard has established a proven track record for generating revenue, building operations and providing successful leadership and direction.

Prior to joining Techlabs, Sharad was working as a senior executive in retail banking sector.
